زرت طبيب العظام بسبب آلام في الظهر ،وطلب مني أن أقوم  بعمل أشعة رنين مغناطيسي للتمكن من معرفة مصدر المشكلة، لذلك أرجو النظر في التقرير الآتي وإعطائي الإستشارة الطبية حول حالتي.. التقرير… MRI -LUMBAR SPINES MR imaging 0f the lumbar spines was performed using T1, T2 weighted and fat sat images which were obtained in the sagittal and axial planes. Lumbar spondylosis is seen with osteophy’tes formation. Modic endplate changes are noted at multiple levels. Schmorl‘s node is seen in the superior endplate of L5 vertebra. L1-L2 and L2-L3 :- Preserved hydration signal of the discs with no focal disc prolapse or nerve root compression. L3-L4 :- The disc is degenerative and partially dehydrated , it shows left paracentral disc prolapse compressing thecal sac. L4—L5 :- The disc is degenerative and dehydrated . it shows diffuse disc bulge indenting thecal sac. L5-S1 :- The disc is degenerative and dehydrated . it shows posterocentral disc prolapse indenting thecal sac. Conus medullaris is noted at the level of D12-L1.No gross intradural mass lesion.
